I went out to eat with Lena and my parents..
We took them to Teejay's to celebrate my one year of Sobriety, my moms treat.
we sat at the traditional japanese table where you have to take your shoes off.
it was nice and comfy and the food was good as always..
Sorry about the lighting, The first picture was the monster roll, and the lobster samba on the right..
both were good, and we also enjoyed a boat for two which was great also.

This weekend the weather was pristine for biking conditions, there was little to no wind and it was sunny and beautiful outside so I took advantage of the situation and did some cycling

first stop on Saturday PaneDolce Italian Bakery off A1A and Oakland Pk.
Second stop was Ft. Lauderdale beach.

Third was Las Olas, the Floridian in frnt of a Mark Vose Mural.
Stop number 4 was Lighthouse Point

then I trecked up to Deerfield beach was maybe another 10 miles up the road or a little less
Saturday I totaled 43 miles of riding then on Sunday I did like 22 miles
I made it up the 17 St. Bridge, went up then down the other side going around 35 mph on the way down
then went back up it and down the other side heading North again.
went down Las Olas again..

Then it was back home... Great weekend itwas.

On Friday night, I took Lena out for her Birthday Dinner...We chose Thai Spice.

Another restaurant that is not even a mile away from my apartment. We also chose Thai Spice
because they mailed Lena a birthday jewpon, buy one entree get the second free..I was all over that shit. So we started off with some apps. We had some tuna tar tar, and some oysters in a coconut milk...they were some of the most succulent oysters I hav ever had with no sand in them or anything, they were as soft as butter. Then we had some blue crab coconut soup, which was another special selection, this soup was delicious with at least 5 blue crab claws floating in it...
For the main courses, Lena chose a crunchy ginger grouper, which was amazing, and I had some lamb chops that had some chili sauce on them, they were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Love Thai Spice.... a little pricey but worth every penny!
